Icecream / .NET 8
About Icecream
A small .NET library for keeping reusable instructions and documents separate from the applications that consume them.
Why documents?
Business-specific text and projection rules often become embedded in application code. Icedocs put that material into readable templates with substitutions, branches, loops and includes. A host that loads templates dynamically can change the projected content without recompiling the renderer.
What exists today
The implementation targets .NET 8. ProjectionEngine parses a template, resolves values from a model and returns text. It includes formatting filters and a resolver interface. It does not include a graph database, workflow scheduler, AI integration or execution service.

The wider architecture
Skyebase describes a graph of facts and a lattice of reusable icedocs consumed by engines and agents. Icecream provides the projection layer within that architecture and can also be used independently by another .NET application.
The Canon explains the design intent; the implementation determines current behaviour. Licensing is described on the License page.
